Now is the time for all those moderate Republicans who suffered silently for the last eight years to get the hell out of the party. Former Massachusetts governor Bill Weld is only the latest to join in. This isn't exactly a profile in courage for these folks. Obama looks strong, and all of these folks are out of office. Still, having a host of Republicans endorse Obama isn't unhelpful when the other guys are running around screaming "terrorist" and "socialist".
