Former White House lawyer and author of the infamous "torture memo" has been pushing a very expansive theory of Presidential Powers. Not only can the President order torture, he can have civilians massacred. He can use nukes even if Congress says no.
My question for John Yoo is this: Given this expansive view of Presidential powers, is it within the President's power to receive a blow job from a women other than his wife, and then lie about that act later? Given his power to torture, massacre and nuke, this certainly falls within his scope, correct?
