We are doomed. Our new Defense Secretary just got in front of Congress and said
"I'm no expert on military matters."

I noticed that, too, when it was reported right after his testimony. This is, of course, nothing new for a Bush appointee. But look at the bright side, at least no one will accuse him of perjury.
