Obama has won the Democrats Abroad primary. Yes, in the Democratic Party, ex-pats form their own voting block. And yes Democrats living in Ireland voted in a pub. It’s in the organizational bylaws.
While I am abroad (although I prefer the term "woman") I did not vote in the D.A. (what, Dumbledore's Army can't vote, they aren't Americans!) because I wanted to vote absentee for Amador County - since it needs all the Democrats it can get.
