Saxby Chambliss has survived a run-off down in Georgia, which means that Dems are going to be short of the 60 vote filibuster-proof majority in the incoming Congress.
Darn. I mean, it's a Senate race in Georgia, but still. Darn.
The last race to be determined is Franken's.
