Four new shootouts. What it looks like now is an arms race between the pirates and their would-be victims. The fishing and shipping boats are arming up, so the pirate have to actually shoot it out to take a vessel.
It turns out that March and April are pirate season in Somalia. Stay tuned for furthur developments.
