Not that Bush has ever heard of the guy. Enron is responsible for the greatest corporate scandal in history, the California energy crisis and the jet that Bush used to fly around in 2000. I'm no Bob Woodward but really, if we use the standard of proof the Bushes used to get us to war, I think we can say that Bush and Lay had a "longstanding collaborative relationship."
