Now you may think that rehiring Michael Brown, the incompetent former head of FEMA as a consultant to evaluate the agency's response to the disaster would be a stupid move. But actually its brilliant. This gives the Bush administration a new chance to fire him! When the evaluation of the response to Katrina is labeled a cover-up and a whitewash they can blame Brownie and fire his ass again.
